Halal Industry Awareness Program is designed to introduce the meaning of halal and segments related to halal product and services available not only in Malaysia but also global.
The one day program will introduce participants to the terminology related to halal products and services and the importance of halal product and services for the growing Muslim community. The participants will also be exposure to the Halal Certification process in Malaysia and general requirements related to the halal product and services.
Awareness on halal slaughtering is designed to provide halal training for public and people who work in poultry processing plant or stockyard not only in Malaysia but also global.
The one day program will gain an understanding of the definition of basic concepts of halal slaughtering, issues and methods of slaughtering in Halal industry. The participants will also be exposure to the Halal slaughtering regulation and procedure not only in Malaysia but also global.
Islamic Hygiene Practice (Sertu) Program is a one day program which emphasize in basic concept on IHP, issues and method to cleanse the extreme najs (Najs al-mughallazah) that contaminated with pig, dog and its derivatives.
Malaysian standard stated that every contamination with extreme najs should undergo this procedure in compliance with Halal industry requirement. The participant will be exposure to the Islamic Hygiene Practice regulation and procedure in Malaysia. The participants also undergo the technical session to get better understanding.
Manual Procedure for Malaysia Halal Certification stated every personnel in a halal certified premise should be trained on Malaysia Halal Certification. This refers to having the knowledge on basis of halal product and services.

Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) is an extension to the halal control system which is currently being implemented for halal certified company in Malaysia. This is a system which added another level of Halal safety control to enhance the control of non-compliant of contamination from haram material and potential haram material, activities and processes.
Implementing HAS given an added value to the offered halal product or services, whereby it not only control but implement the preventive system from earlier stage of supplier selection to finished products storage or first level customer. Therefore this two days training, is catering to the needs to enhance the knowledge of the related personnel in implementing HAS. The training aim in introducing the critical elements in establishing HAS and incorporating the current available food safety system with HAS elements. This is to facilitate and simplified the analysis and implementation of HAS in the premise.
These three-day programs are suitable for Halal Certified organization and companies that is in the process of obtaining Halal Certification from the Halal Authority. The module covers all the halal aspects and will assist participants especially the Halal Committee Member/Halal Officer to practices and maintain the implementation of halal and it requirements.
Furthermore, the audit exercise is in accordance to Halal Certification Process and the Malaysia Halal Standards. This course will be a good investment and beneficial for all Halal Committee Member & Halal Officers who would like to upgrade themselves. Completion of the course will benefits participants to be a Certified Halal Internal Auditor recognized by JAKIM and assist them to becoming certified auditor.

This module will cover several topics including fundamental principles of Syariah and its requirement, Malaysia’s Halal Standards, Halal Audit Process and procedures, preparation of halal audit checklist, value based management and technical components related to halal production and ethics of halal lead auditor.
